Normal Service for Blowing Machines Includes:
- Inspecting system components
- Check and test airlock seals
- Tighten belts and chains
- Check and clean, lubricate bearings, chains, and sprockets
- Check and clean belts and pulleys
- Inspect electrical system, emergency stops, remotes, cords, and control panels
- Check gear box function, check and top off oil if needed
- Inspect feeder box, tines, pickers, and hopper components
- Inspect hose and connectors
- Test blower function and for proper spec
- Clean engine cooling fins and shroud
- *Change engine oil, air filters, fuel filter, and spark plugs, check battery connections
